HOW TO INSTALL GARAGE FLOORS FROM A TO Z

(NOT 1, 2, 3)

Version 7.13.2019

BY DONALD EUGENE SANDERSON JR - HOUSTON TEXAS USA

THE CONCRETE SLAB TO THE LEFT IS SMOOTH AND NEEDS TO BE PROFILED BEFORE IT CAN BE COATED. THE FLOOR THE RIGHT HAS BEEN PROFILED WITH A DIAMOND GRINDER WHICH OPENED UP THE POURS AND AIR CHAMBERS THAT WERE BELOW THE CONCRETES SURFACE. A FLOOR COATING CAN NOT SOAK INTO THE FLOOR TO THE LEFT.  A FLOOR COATING CAN SOAK INTO THE FLOOR TO THE RIGHT BECAUSE IT HAS A CONCRETE SURFACE PROFILE. A FLOOR COATING THAT IS APPLIED TO THE FLOOR TO THE RIGHT WILL LAST MUCH LONGER AND NEVER PEEL BECAUSE IT HAS SOMETHING TO GRIP ONTO.  IF A FLOOR COATING IS APPLIED TO THE SURFACE TO THE LEFT IT WILL EASILY PEEL BECAUSE THE GLUE HAS NOTHING TO GRIP ONTO.

CHAPTER 4 - WHAT SHOULD THE CONCRETE LOOK LIKE AFTER I PREPARE IT?
